Opinion: SMBLL Rules suck!

Sorry, but 4 levels, and the highest score wins? 4 levels? Really? Does that represent the "Mario" experience? Last time I checked, you were supposed to *beat* classic mario in one sitting. Not play 4 levels then shut the thing off.

I realize time is a constraint. Something better: at least 3 worlds (12 levels) or 20 minutes, score determined by least lives lost, if multiple people with zero lives lost (or tie), then score determines winner. No warp pipe.

Or: speed-run through entire game. No warp-pipe. Make a time limit of 1-hour, least lives lost, if multiple zeros, high score tie breaker.

Either way, 4 levels is just dumb.

I agree, I think the rules are dumb. I think you should only have 5 mins to get through the first stage 8)

These were the same rules last year when we had to play Sonic and no one gripped about it.

i agree but i also like the rules. that means i only have to train for those lvls :lol:
