FOX's Peter Pan and the Pirates on NES.

Guys

Guys

seriously, watch this.

So I don't know if anyone even remembers this cartoon, I think it came out shortly before Hook did. Anyway, the game is worse than garbage; it is torture. The music is like nails on a chalkboard, with the added bonus of the sound of the world exploding if you play it on a third party console. The game has jump physics like Strider on the moon, if he could fly with happy thoughts (which amount to bags of gold/money in this game. Probably FOX's idea.), except as soon as you touch the top of the screen, you come plummeting back to Neverland.

Occasionally a cage will fall out of nowhere and Peter will stop to let it catch him. This can't be avoided. However this is good apparently...? You get teleported to some bonus round in a dark void with mushrooms. If you get them all or fall off the stage, you go back to where you were before.

And that's just stage 1.

EDIT: also of special attention, Hook on NES.

Here's a stage where you fly through the air dodging tampons. I'm not kidding. Why does Peter Pan look less like Robin Williams and more like Reggie Fils-Aime?

California Games wasn't that bad. The BMX and the skating was pretty cool.

I had played The BMX game also :)

Virtual Hydlide for the Saturn. You should also cover the Saturn in general, not from a system point of view, but more the bad business and marketing decisions that were made. Such as moving the launch six months earlier without telling developers. Good games only being released in Japan and the netlink adapter.

Inspired by the upcoming Death Battle, I had an epiphany. He could have an MK marathon like what he did with Castlevania. Or at least Sub Zero Mythologies. No doubt that game deserves punishment.
